1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AnyWhichway, LLC ("AnyWhichway", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your use of FunBeyondWords™ and all associated games, puzzles, and interactive features.

2. Eligibility & Permitted Use

FunBeyondWords™ is intended for general audiences aged 13 and older. By using the platform, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Trademarks

• Ownership: All software, code, visual designs, mascots, game rules, text, audio, and graphics comprising FunBeyondWords™ are the exclusive intellectual property of AnyWhichway, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
• FunBeyondWords™: "FunBeyondWords" and the associated mascot and logo marks are trademarks of AnyWhichway, LLC. All rights reserved.
• Third-Party Trademarks: All third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and brands mentioned or displayed on this site belong to their respective owners. AnyWhichway, LLC makes no claim of sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any third-party trademark holders.

4. Virtual Currency & Fun Credits (FC)

FunBeyondWords™ may feature virtual currency, points, tokens, or credits known as Fun Credits (FC). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Fun Credits are strictly virtual entertainment items with no monetary value.
• Fun Credits do not constitute real currency, property, or stored value.
• Fun Credits cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or refunded for real-world money or tangible items.
• AnyWhichway reserves the right to modify, balance, or reset virtual credit balances or mechanics at any time without liability.

5. Player Conduct & Community Guidelines

When participating in multiplayer games, audio/video hangouts, or public games, you agree not to:

• Choose vulgar, offensive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit player monikers.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or demean other players through audio, video, or chat features.
• Transmit or broadcast any content that violates privacy rights or displays unlawful material.
• Attempt to cheat, exploit glitches, disrupt gameplay, or reverse engineer platform networking or client logic.
• Use, deploy, connect, or automate gameplay with any bots, artificial intelligence players, automated scripts, or programmatic word solvers other than the official automated bots provided directly on the platform by AnyWhichway, LLC. Playing with any unauthorized third-party bot or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Deploy automated scripts, spiders, or crawlers that scrape data or impair platform functionality.

AnyWhichway reserves the right to terminate or restrict access, ban devices/IPs, and remove leaderboard scores for any player who violates these conduct standards.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FUNBEYONDWORDS™ IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ANYWHICHWAY, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, BUG-FREE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANYWHICHWAY, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to FunBeyondWords™ shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Washington.

9. Modifications to Terms

AnyWhichway reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When updates occur, the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of FunBeyondWords™ following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
